Privacy policy
We process personal data only to the extent needed to answer your enquiry, deliver your order and run the website, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
1. Controller

2. What we process and why

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply or prepare a quote.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell data. We share it only with processors who help us run the website and communication, to the necessary extent:
- the website hosting provider,
- FormSubmit (Devro LLC, USA): delivering the enquiry form to our inbox,
- the Gmail inbox (Google Ireland Limited),
- Home Harmony team members working on your enquiry or order,
- contractors and tradespeople, only if you agree during delivery,
- public authorities where required by law.
The map on the Contact page loads from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address but sets no cookies.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
- Right of access: we will tell you what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure if we no longer need the data or process it unlawfully.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Just send your request to studio.homeharmony@gmail.com. We will handle it without undue delay, within one month at the latest.
6. Security
The website runs over encrypted HTTPS. Only people who need the data for their work have access to it.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not make automated decisions or profile you based on your data. The calculator and quiz run only in your browser.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. Effective from 27 September 2026.
