Buyers rotate the building, open a floor and pick an apartment on their own. Each one shows its floor plan, room areas, price and availability. The Rezidence K Roklím building, its apartments and prices are fictional.
Apartment tour
One apartment from its original state to the finished interior. Switch between the original layout, demolition and the new layout, click the rooms, walk around inside and compare the 3D model with the visualisation.
Makeover
The original 2006 apartment was a set of separate cells linked by an oversized hallway. A partial refit of the bathroom and kitchen would have kept almost 40 m² of old floors and partitions, so the whole layout was redesigned instead.

What do you need from the developer?
Apartment floor plans and building elevations or sections in PDF or DWG, the material specification and the price list. We build the 3D model of the building and apartments ourselves.
Can the presentation go on our website?
Yes. The 3D building and the apartment tour run in the browser with nothing to install. Embed them with one line of code, or we build the whole project page for you.
Do you also do apartments before renovation?
Yes, demo 02 is exactly that: the original layout, the demolition plan and the new layout in one model, plus visualisations and an estimate of the added value.
Is the building in the demo real?
No. Rezidence K Roklím is a fictional building, its apartments, floor plans and prices are made up. The apartment in demo 02 is a real renovation designed by our studio.
